The Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Supervisor is a frontline people leader within the broader Talent Operations team, overseeing day-to-day TA programs support and interview scheduling support. The role provides leadership, coaching, prioritization, workload management, and performance support to ensure accurate, consistent, compliant operations aligned with service expectations. The supervisor coordinates centralized and scalable talent services, manages service-level agreements (SLAs), resolves escalations, monitors quality, supports reporting and governance, and drives continuous improvement. The role requires sound judgment, effective management of competing priorities and operational risks, development of team capability, support for change and adoption, and promotion of service excellence, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement in a global, matrix environment. RSM describes most roles as following a hybrid workstyle, with team members aligned to an RSM office and meeting in person when it supports clients, teams, development, or relationship-building. Some roles may be virtual or primarily on-site depending on role requirements, team priorities, and client needs. Compensation is listed at $81,900–$139,700, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
