About The Position

The Supervisor Supply Chain coordinates operational activities for the division, including purchasing, material and supply distribution, linen distribution, mail processing, and other assigned activities. The role assures the accuracy and adequate condition of shipments; monitors inventory levels in relation to shipping and receiving levels; communicates with vendors; schedules and assigns work; resolves conflicts; and prepares reports and billings. The Supervisor is also responsible for the materials resource needs of these departments, monitors assigned budgets to meet departmental goals, and participates in developing the departmental budget, business plan, and quality assurance plan.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of work experience in supply chain, inventory, accounting, purchasing, or receiving/distribution.
• Experience preparing and adhering to a department budget.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospital administration, or a related field.
