About The Position

The Quality Supervisor manages daily quality control and assurance activities, ensuring that products or services meet company, client, and regulatory standards. This position is based in an active industrial manufacturing and distribution center with moderate to high noise levels, temperature variations, and material-handling equipment in operation. The role may require extended periods of standing or walking on concrete floors and use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses. The fast-paced environment involves time-sensitive and safety-sensitive operations and may include various shift schedules to support production and distribution needs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in Supervisory Management or a related field.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Experience with manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes.
