About The Position

PACT MSO is a Management Service Organization that supports numerous physician groups. We offer health benefits, paid time off, and a friendly working environment. We are a medium sized company with a family atmosphere. PACT MSO has a busy Internal Medicine Group with multiple locations seeking a Supervisor. The position will travel to Amity, Wallingford, Cheshire and others as needed. The hours are Monday through Friday.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Epic experience required
5 years of experience in the department or similar department
2 or more years in a supervisor or manager role
Full understanding of department work flow, systems, and procedures
Communicates directly and clearly
Demonstrated knowledge of computers

Responsibilities

Provides leadership and operational oversight to the staff.
Works collaboratively with other departments and divisions.
Plans, organizes, and troubleshoots issues.
Resolves complex issues, timecards, schedules, and addresses discipline and performance issues.
Lead and manage employees in the department.
Resolve complex issues that relate to patient, operations, and work flow.
Resolves continued issues by creating and developing processes that adapt to changes.
Train employees in the department including coaching, and addressing any performance or discipline issues.
Complete yearly performance reviews.
Maintain training materials and process / procedures.
Review and approve timecards, while managing time off and work schedules.
Respond to patient issues, physician directives, and operational needs.
Works with manager on department and divisional initiatives.
