The supervisor oversees work queues, reporting, and operational processes, assists patients with billing inquiries and payment processes, and partners with leadership on staffing, engagement, and performance. This role also provides coaching and feedback, supports staff development, contributes to hiring and performance reviews, and fosters a positive, inclusive, high-performing team environment.
