About The Position

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds) Physician to join our growing team in Mays Landing, NJ. This opportunity is ideal for a physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality primary care in a collaborative, outpatient-focused environment. You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships while working alongside an integrated care team focused on prevention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness.

Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds)
  • Active New Jersey medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
  • DEA license and CDS registration (or ability to obtain).
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered, culturally competent care.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in diverse or underserved communities.
  • Experience in outpatient primary care settings.
  • Value-based care or population health experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient primary care services for patients across the lifespan (Family Medicine or Med-Peds scope).
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Conduct annual wellness visits, preventative screenings, and routine physicals.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on long-term health outcomes.
  • Counsel patients on preventative health, lifestyle changes, and disease management.
  • Promote continuity of care through proactive follow-up and patient engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with patients and families within the local community.
  • Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers, Care Managers, Behavioral Health, and specialty teams.
  • Coordinate referrals, diagnostics, and follow-up care as needed.
  • Participate in a team-based, patient-centered care model.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system.
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Support quality initiatives and value-based care programs.
