About The Position

Provide leadership and direction to supervisors and staff while motivating and interacting with employees to achieve continuous improvement. Oversee and support employees in day-to-day operations. Maintain scheduling for the evening shift to ensure coverage. Develop supervisors and staff on expectations and ensure follow-through. Perform administrative duties and reporting. Taking responsibility for the evening shift of the organization.

Requirements

• High School diploma
• One to three years of supervisory experience
• One to three years of substance abuse treatment experience
• At least 3 years managing and developing a team
• Proven leadership skills
• Organizational skills
• Ability to make decisions for daily operations rapidly and successfully
