Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-5 years supervisory experience
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe working environment for employees by keeping department clean and organized
• Identifies problems related to production process and provides production reports to assist process improvement
• Supervises daily activities of production area to ensure that volume, cost, and quality standards are achieved
• Track employee time and attendance
• Lead daily shift huddle meeting and group leader meetings
• Maintain daily/Weekly Operating Reports per the Management Operating System (MOS)
• Evaluate, utilize, and maintain the Daily Schedule Control (DSC), and Weekly Operating Report (DWOR)
• Performs periodic Process Reviews and employee Skills Flex evaluations
