About The Position
Signature HealthCARE of East Louisville is a 128-bed facility providing long-term care, advanced diabetes care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, in-house dialysis, wound care, and 24-hour skilled nursing. Signature HealthCARE is a family-based healthcare company offering integrated services across multiple states, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted and memory care, and home-based services supported by technologies such as telehealth and Care.ai-enabled solutions. The RN Supervisor supervises care delivery for a group of residents on a nursing unit, ensuring resident needs are met and supporting Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) and other staff in providing nursing care. The posting also lists an LPN rate for this supervisor position. The shift information is listed as “Night Shift Supervisor 8 AM - 5 PM with Every other Weekend.”
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a current state license.
- One to three years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Current, active CPR certification.

Responsibilities
