About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented RN or LVN to join our fertility clinic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and is dedicated to supporting patients throughout their fertility journey. The position’s schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with weekend and holiday on-call duties. The nurse provides care throughout fertility treatment, including pre-operative, operating room, and post-anesthesia care; monitors patients during and after anesthesia; administers treatments and medications; assists physicians; coordinates fertility cycles and appointments; communicates results and provides triage; and maintains accurate records while collaborating with the care team.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Current license to practice as an RN or LPN/LVN in Texas.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Nice To Haves

IV skills preferred.
Fertility or other women's health experience strongly preferred.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care throughout the fertility treatment process, including pre-op, OR, and PACU.
Monitor patients during and after anesthesia, assess recovery, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
Prepare and administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards.
Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, testing, and operating room needs while maintaining patient safety.
Coordinate patient appointments, monitoring, IVF and FET cycles, and related treatments and procedures.
Review and communicate laboratory and test results, assess patient needs, and provide appropriate triage and follow-up.
Maintain accurate patient records, document communications and treatments, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality patient care.
Participate in weekend and holiday on-call coverage.
