Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or related leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years of business experience
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Supervise the activities, workload, and attendance of assigned employees to ensure delivery of departmental results
- Evaluate opportunities in existing processes and proactively identify new processes, to assure quality delivery and departmental efficiency
- Respond to escalating internal and external customer issues, determine root cause, explore and implement mistake-proofing measures
- Support the growth and development of assigned employees, and conduct performance reviews
- Support customer or prospect meetings, as serve as direct client liaison as needed
- Proactively interact with business partners to develop and enhance systems
- Develop custom departmental reports and presentations
- Develop and monitor key departmental metrics to ensure standards are achieved
- Participate in recruiting and hiring of new staff members
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
