The Administrator - Licensing & Compliance role involves processing vehicle licensing requirements by working directly with State Division of Motor Vehicles and Licensing Agencies. This position ensures the accurate and efficient completion of state licensing documents for various vehicle types and works with clients to ensure proper licensing and adherence to best practices. The role also involves responding to inquiries, processing licensing through internal systems and third-party vendors, researching and communicating changes in state laws, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert for licensing procedures in various states. Additionally, the administrator will compile data, prepare documents, assist with training, maintain data integrity, troubleshoot licensing delays, and ensure excellent customer service.
