About The Position

The Supervisor Level 1 position is responsible for providing prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner. This role involves greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining wash options. The supervisor ensures customer satisfaction and timely reporting of any inquiries, incidents, or issues. They must be able to perform all Car Wash Attendant duties, troubleshoot basic XPT and DRB issues following the "DRB Protocol", and complete specific training courses such as "Supervisor Level DRB" and Preventative Maintenance. The position requires reporting to work on time, adhering to the dress and appearance code, and demonstrating responsibility when the Site Manager is off-site. A minimum of 6 months as a Car Wash Attendant (CWA) is required before advancement. The role involves approximately 60% customer interaction, 30% site upkeep, 5% opening/closing procedures, and 5% basic troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Able to work weekends.
  • Able to demonstrate responsibility while Site Manager is off site.
  • Enforces all safety policies.
  • Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
  • Assist your Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
  • Able to clean out solenoids.
  • Minimum 6 months as CWA before advancement.

  • Customer service and some Car Wash experience preferred.

Responsibilities
