About The Position

The Shift Supervisor Level 1 position is a full-time role responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and performing various site upkeep duties. This role involves troubleshooting basic car wash equipment issues, adhering to safety policies, and assisting with equipment repairs. The supervisor must be able to work with minimum direction and periodic supervision, demonstrating responsibility when the Site Manager is off-site. The position requires a minimum of 6 months as a Car Wash Attendant (CWA) before advancement.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to work weekends.
• Able to demonstrate responsibility while Site Manager is off site.
• Minimum 6 months as CWA before advancement.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service and some Car Wash experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner.
• Greets customers, answers questions, and explains available wash options.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and reports any inquiries, incidents, or issues in a timely manner.
• Completes all Car Wash Attendant job duties.
• Troubleshoots basic XPT and DRB issues following the “DRB Protocol”.
• Reads “Supervisor Level DRB” training course.
• Attends Preventative Maintenance Training and completes the 5-Day Preventative Maintenance.
• Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code.
• Performs customer interaction (60% of duties).
• Performs site upkeep, including cleaning and maintaining the site (30% of duties).
• Handles opening/closing procedures (5% of duties).
• Performs basic troubleshooting (5% of duties).
• Enforces all safety policies.
• Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
• Assists the Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
• Cleans out solenoids.
