About The Position

As the Last Mile Operations Supervisor at RXO, you will inspire associates to achieve maximum productivity, demonstrate professionalism, and strive for error-free work. You will assign and monitor work, instruct associates on equipment and operational procedures, maintain supplies, oversee safety and equipment usage, manage inventory, and help resolve performance issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assign work activities and monitor group activities.
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational, and maintenance procedures, and guide the team in understanding housekeeping requirements.
• Monitor and maintain the availability of tools, materials, and supplies.
• Oversee equipment usage and ensure the team follows safety procedures and programs.
• Manage inventory, including unloading, loading, monitoring inventory levels, and performing merchandise reconciliation.
• Assist with resolving problems to maximize associate productivity and take necessary action to correct substandard performance.
