About The Position

The Last Mile Operations Supervisor at RXO inspires associates to achieve maximum productivity, exhibit professionalism, and strive for error-free work. The role assigns and monitors work activities, instructs associates in equipment, operational, maintenance, and housekeeping procedures, and oversees tools, supplies, equipment usage, and safety compliance. It also includes inventory management, merchandise reconciliation, and addressing problems or substandard performance to support associate productivity.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assign work activities and monitor group activities.
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational, and maintenance procedures, and guide the team in housekeeping requirements.
• Monitor and maintain the availability of tools, materials, and supplies.
• Oversee equipment usage and ensure the team follows safety procedures and programs.
• Manage inventory by monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation.
• Help resolve problems to ensure maximum associate productivity and take necessary action to correct substandard performance.
