About The Position
The Last Mile Operations Supervisor at RXO inspires associates to achieve maximum productivity, demonstrate professionalism, and work error-free. The role oversees daily work assignments and group activities, associate training, equipment and supply availability, safety and housekeeping practices, inventory management, and performance issues. The position requires supervisory experience, logistics and/or transportation experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. The role also requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Assign work activities and monitor group activities.
- Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational, and maintenance procedures, and guide the team in understanding housekeeping requirements.
- Monitor and maintain the availability of tools, materials, and supplies.
- Oversee equipment usage and ensure the team adheres to safety procedures and programs.
- Manage inventory, including unloading, loading, monitoring inventory levels, and performing merchandise reconciliation.
- Assist with resolving problems to maximize associate productivity and take necessary action to correct substandard performance.
