About The Position

Lennox is seeking a Supervisor, IT Education to lead day-to-day activities of IT education staff. This role involves managing the development, testing, maintenance, and delivery of training programs, as well as overseeing licenses and platforms used for training delivery. The position also requires collaboration with corporate HR and facilities for training content alignment, assisting with IT Communications content creation, and assigning personnel to training tasks. The Supervisor will review course content, evaluate training effectiveness, and lead the education of the team on administrative policies, technical issues, priorities, and methods. Consultation with other information systems sections for coordination and preparation of progress reports are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires at least 5 years related experience.
  • Advanced and in-depth knowledge of assigned products including the application of diagnostic techniques and service aids.
  • Knowledge of learning theories and skilled in classroom presentation.
  • Excellent classroom presentation skills.
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day activities of IT education staff engaged in all activities associated with the development, testing, maintenance and delivery of training programs.
  • Manage licenses/platforms used to create and deliver training (i.e. Brainstorm).
  • Work with corporate HR and facilities to coordinate and align training content.
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of IT Communications content.
  • Assign personnel to the various training tasks and direct their activities.
  • Review course content and objectives and evaluate the effectiveness of training presentations and programs.
  • Lead education of team on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methods.
  • Consult with personnel in other information systems sections to coordinate activities.
  • Prepare activity and progress reports regarding the information systems training section.
