About The Position

This role leads the day-to-day activities of IT education staff, overseeing all aspects of developing, testing, maintaining, and delivering training programs. Key responsibilities include managing licenses and platforms for training delivery, coordinating with HR and facilities for training content alignment, and assisting with IT Communications content creation and distribution. The position also involves assigning personnel to training tasks, reviewing course content for effectiveness, leading team education on administrative policies and technical procedures, and preparing progress reports for the IT training section.

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires at least 5 years related experience.
  • Advanced and in-depth knowledge of assigned products including the application of diagnostic techniques and service aids.
  • Knowledge of learning theories and skilled in classroom presentation.
  • Excellent classroom presentation skills.
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day activities of IT education staff engaged in all activities associated with the development, testing, maintenance and delivery of training programs.
  • Managing licenses/platforms used to create and deliver training (i.e. Brainstorm)
  • Work with corporate HR and facilities to coordinate and align training content
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of IT Communications content.
  • Assists with assigning personnel to the various training tasks and directs their activities.
  • Reviews course content and objectives and evaluates the effectiveness of training presentations and programs.
  • Leads education of team on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methods.
  • Consults with personnel in other information systems sections to coordinate activities.
  • Prepares activity and progress reports regarding the information systems training section
