About The Position

As a Supervisor, Inventory at ICON, you will oversee inventory management processes, ensuring accurate tracking, organization, and distribution of supplies and materials for clinical trials. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, life sciences, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, or related roles within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong leadership skills, including experience managing teams and driving collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the inventory team, ensuring efficient tracking, storage, and distribution of clinical trial supplies and materials in accordance with study protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, logistics, and procurement, to support seamless inventory management and timely delivery of supplies.
• Implement and monitor inventory control measures to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) throughout inventory management.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development and continuous improvement in inventory practices.
