About The Position

The Supervisor, Inventory Control oversees the Inventory Control team and helps ensure inventory operations run smoothly. The role maintains inventory records, reconciles discrepancies, establishes procedures to meet company and customer commitments, and promotes continuous improvement. The supervisor trains, motivates, and leads employees, facilitates conflict resolution, and enforces company policies and procedures.

This position is based in Clayton, Indiana, and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. A flexible schedule may be needed, including planned and unplanned overtime and weekends. The work requires physical activity and the ability to handle tools or equipment in warehouse environments that may be hot or cold.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to reach, including overhead, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel.
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience.
