Supervise the team responsible for ensuring products arrive to the correct locations timely as well as the accurate filing of Customer Profile entries. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise, train, provide performance feedback, and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness Work with customers directly to manage escalations Manage, monitor, and maintain records on required documents; and resolve all issues to obtain customs clearance Understand customer’s business, requirements, and rate structure; issue invoices for services rendered and accrue costs in system Support internal/customer metrics ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Make recommendations to continuously improve processes and team efficiency.
