About The Position

Imagine360 is seeking a Supervisor, Implementation Coordination & Reporting to join the team. This role drives implementation readiness across TPA client new business and renewal activity by ensuring execution discipline, accurate status visibility, timely escalation, and executive-level reporting that supports Member Access to Care (ATC), Client Readiness, and Release to Production (RTP) goals. The Supervisor will lead internal status discussions, coordinate cross-functional follow-through, maintain reliable implementation reporting, and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency through tools such as Copilot and other AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience with implementation operations, client onboarding, workflow management systems, status reporting, or executive communications is required.
  • Maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Communicates effectively with management and senior leadership.
  • Leads cross-functional discussions, manages competing priorities, and escalates risks with clarity and urgency.
  • Works effectively both independently and within a team environment.
  • Demonstrates intermediate-level Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Willing to learn and apply new technologies, including Copilot and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee TPA client new business and renewal implementations to keep milestones aligned with Access to Care (ATC), Client Readiness, and Release to Production (RTP) goals.
  • Maintain accurate implementation status reporting, executive updates, and client/broker disposition visibility.
  • Lead internal status calls, drive owner accountability, and escalate risks related to timelines, dependencies, or deliverables.
  • Maintain Manage Engine tasks, owners, dependencies, ticket closure, and related user guide updates to support workflow governance.
  • Create and maintain implementation tasks for new business and renewal activity and ensure accurate reflection in status reports.
  • Identify opportunities to use Copilot and other AI-enabled tools to improve process efficiency, reporting quality, and turnaround times.
  • Build effective cross-functional relationships and support workflows that directly impact client implementations.
  • Supervise assigned team member(s) by providing coaching, mentoring, prioritization guidance, and accountability.
