About The Position

Supervise the production of all products through Metals Stamping. Train and coach employees on two shifts, to assure product ships on schedule while meeting prescribed quality standards and production goals. Assure compliance with all policies regarding conduct and safety. Interview and select new employees. Evaluate and review assigned personnel in accordance with prescribed procedures and make appropriate recommendations regarding wage adjustments, promotions, transfers and terminations.

Requirements

• Supervisory or similar servant style experience with a high level of responsibility.
• Ability to read prints.
• Experience with D365, RF Smart, Excel and Team Center.
• Knowledge of production orders, metal stamping processes, labor functions, product flow.
• Knowledge of Lean 101 – 5S, continuous improvement and Tier meeting report outs.
