Requirements

• Experience in Lift or Gondola Operations preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Gondola operations, daily checks, and safety procedures.
• Lead, train, and support Lift Operators.
• Maintain strong guest service presence and resolve concerns.
• Communicate operational updates to management.
• Document incidents and report maintenance needs.
