ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT The Corporate Real Estate & Facilities team manages Franklin Templeton’s global office portfolio to ensure safe, functional, and welcoming workplaces. The team partners closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support daily operations, collaboration, and innovation. Employees work in a service-oriented environment focused on operational excellence and reliability, gaining firsthand exposure to professional facilities management in a global organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years of facilities-related experience.
  • Knowledge of construction, engineering, or architectural principles.
  • Experience with facilities systems and workplace software tools.
  • Clear communication and effective negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

  • You will oversee daily facilities operations and ensure office services meet business needs.
  • You will coordinate with building management to resolve facility issues promptly.
  • You will manage service contracts and monitor performance and costs.
  • You will oversee building security systems and review access and security logs.
  • You will manage facilities administration, including invoices and parking systems.
