About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and service-focused Facilities Supervisor that serves as a key point of contact for TENCU branches. This role supervises and coordinates day-to-day maintenance for building systems and grounds, driving efficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety operations. Directs staff on proactive maintenance and repairs, guaranteeing secure functional and compliant facilities. Requirements

  • Above average verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of employees and outside vendors
  • Ability to adhere to credit union policies and procedures
  • Must possess a state -issued driver's license and maintain the ability to drive Credit union vehicles and personal vehicle as required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email tools such as Outlook
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to use a computer for long periods of time.
  • Ability to drive a credit union vehicle
  • Must pass a drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

  • Manage facilities staff, including performance management, scheduling, and training
  • Ensures assigned equipment is in proper working condition and available for use
  • Proactively inspects, cleans, and maintains the facility to ensure a safe, organized, and fully operational environment
  • Travel to all branches (including East TN twice monthly) for maintenance and supply delivery
  • Maintain a safe, secure environment by adhering to compliance standards and contributing to emergency preparedness initiatives
  • Applies, or assists with applications for required environmental permits
  • Drive repossessed vehicles to various locations as needed
  • Maintains inventory of supplies, reorders, and delivers to locations as needed
