About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and housekeeping operations at our fully operational facility in Concord, MA. This role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of the building while maintaining compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards. The Facilities Supervisor will lead a team of housekeeping and maintenance staff, coordinate vendor services, and respond to facility-related needs to support a safe and efficient environment for both staff and clients.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience with plumbing, electrical systems, building maintenance, and HVAC
Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, repairs, and safety standards
Ability to maintain accurate repair records and prepare reports
Effective problem-solving skills, particularly in urgent or high-pressure situations
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as walking, climbing stairs, kneeling, and reaching
Willingness to travel locally as needed

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and housekeeping operations
Participate in the Safety Committee, maintain the Safety Handbook, and ensure staff receive required safety training and updates
Conduct regular facility walkthroughs and inspections to ensure compliance with program standards
Provide updates to the Facilities Manager and oversee vendor and contractor services
Respond to facility-related emergencies, including off-hours situations as needed
Ensure compliance with Building Codes, NFPA, CARF/Life Safety Codes, and other applicable regulations
Complete required trainings and ongoing professional development
Perform additional duties as assigned
