About The Position

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking positive, outgoing individuals with a passion for upholding clean and safe healthcare facilities for patients and staff, to join our Environment Services Leadership Team as a Supervisor! This role provides organizational leadership to a group of environmental services staff and specialists, ensuring goals are met in both service and quality, and provides HR oversight for the department. Responsibilities include daily cleaning, projects, carpet and hard surface floor care, waste disposal, moving services, shift management, and scheduling. The role also involves fostering healthy relationships with other leaders and promoting those within the department.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
2 years of experience in commercial or healthcare environmental services or related field; or 2 years supervisory experience in healthcare or related field
Valid Driver's License, Required
Ability to work Nights - 3rd shift hours typically 10:00pm-6:30am or 11:00pm-7:30am with flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays.
