About The Position

In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Supervisor Environmental Services supervises daily staff activities for an assigned area or function within Environmental Services.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
• 1 year of work leadership experience
• Must have record of demonstrating positive leadership qualities and interpersonal skills and creative approaches to problem solving.

Nice To Haves

• High School education or GED preferred or 2 years previous housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.
• Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
• Assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs.
• Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocol
