The Ambulance and Chair EMS Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality prehospital emergency medical care, and maintaining operational readiness across assigned units. This role provides leadership, guidance, and support to EMS personnel while serving as the primary point of contact for on-scene decision-making, resource allocation, and coordination with allied agencies. In this role, the supervisor will be responsible for both clinical and administrative duties. The EMS Operations Supervisor ensures compliance with organizational policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements, while fostering a culture of safety, professionalism, and accountability. Acting as a liaison between field staff and leadership, the Officer in Charge addresses operational challenges, manages personnel performance in real-time, and supports ongoing training and development initiatives.
