About The Position

Cottage Medical Group seeks a Supervisor, Cottage Medical Group Clinic Operations for their Cottage Surgical Clinic responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Cottage Medical Group (CMG) clinics, ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care delivery. This role manages both front office and back-office staff, coordinating their efforts to create a seamless patient experience. The supervisor is accountable for maintaining operational excellence, implementing best practices, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement. This role will be crucial in optimizing clinic workflow and enhancing patient satisfaction under the direction of leadership.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience (two years of experience equals one year of education or completion of CH-LDP program)
• Basic MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
• Three (3) years of work experience in a front office medical environment
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year of lead or supervisory experience in a medical front office environment
