About The Position

Cottage Medical Group seeks a Supervisor, Cottage Medical Group Clinic Operations for their Cottage Surgical Clinic responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Cottage Medical Group (CMG) clinics, ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care delivery. This role manages both front office and back-office staff, coordinating their efforts to create a seamless patient experience. The supervisor is accountable for maintaining operational excellence, implementing best practices, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement. This role will be crucial in optimizing clinic workflow and enhancing patient satisfaction under the direction of leadership.

Requirements

Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
Three (3) years of work experience in a front office medical environment
Demonstrated leadership capabilities

Nice To Haves

One (1) year of lead or supervisory experience in a medical front office environment
