About The Position

The Pharmacist Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and supervision of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff. The supervisor oversees daily ambulatory pharmacy operations and clinical services. This role provides leadership and coaching to develop individual team members to ensure caregiver and program success. The pharmacist supervisor works collaboratively with clinicians, medical staff, and leadership to develop programs that improve patient outcomes. The Pharmacist Supervisor develops and implements methods to measure program outcomes to support service / program sustainability and drive quality improvement. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy or PharmD PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Washington Pharmacist License Upon hire.
• Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties Upon hire.
• Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License - when eligible and where applicable Upon hire.
• 2 years Related experience in a Lead or Senior role or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree MHA, MBA, MPH or equivalent.
