About The Position

Lead with purpose and drive operational excellence across a dynamic, multi-clinic environment. As a Supervisor of Clinic Operations at PacMed, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality, efficient care delivery while overseeing multiple departments across different locations. Under the direction of the Practice Manager and Director of Operations provides leadership and management for the clinic operations. Oversees all aspects of the practice/clinic operation including financial management and daily operations. Assesses, evaluates, and implements systems to improve clinic operations. Manages supply costs, facilities, labor costs and staff productivity. Works in collaborating clinic leadership and staff to ensure the clinic(s) meets performance expectations in the areas of medical quality, service, access, utilization and financial. Requirements

  • 2 years Ambulatory care experience.
  • 2 years Progressive supervisory and management experience, with budgetary and line experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree Health Care Administration or Business Administration.
  • Equivalent educ/experience
  • 5 years Supervisory experience.
