About The Position

Delta Facilities Management offers maintenance, construction, and project management services to a diverse range of clients, including defence organisations, schools, offshore projects and remote resources industries. The Cleaning Supervisor at Fernbrooke State School will work Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm to 09:45 pm. This role involves providing guidance to the cleaning team in all aspects of their role under the general supervision of the Facility Supervisor and contributing to the efficient and effective operation and environment of school facilities. Upon completion of training and induction, the cleaning supervisor will be capable of leading a team in support of the Facility Supervisor and utilizing a range of materials and equipment to clean a range of surfaces to restore or maintain facilities and equipment in a clean and hygienic condition.

Requirements

Experience in a similar role - working in a commercial cleaning environment OR Facilities type role
A great work ethic and ability to learn
Physically fit, fun and good
Good communication skills with a flexible approach
Must be able to obtain a Blue Card
Must be able to undertake Functional medical with Drug and Alcohol Test

Responsibilities

Provide guidance to cleaning team in all aspects of their role under general supervision of Facility Supervisor
