About The Position

Miami Valley Gaming is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to supervise the work activities of cleaning attendants and lead attendants to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive areas in keeping with company standards and policies. They value their employees and show appreciation through free ice cream, Movie on the Track nights, Taco Tuesday, a free Holiday Turkey, and more.

Requirements

Possesses a thorough knowledge of the proper usage of all housekeeping chemicals and procedures.
Experienced in conflict resolution and the willingness to assist in solving work related problems.

Responsibilities

Assigns attendants cleaning duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards in both public and back of the house areas.
Utilizes a hands-on approach with strong leadership skills to successfully train and motivate team members.
Follows and enforces all company policies, procedures and safety regulations.
Recognizes and recommends opportunities for process improvements in housekeeping practices.
Completes administrative requirements such as issuance of daily assignments, inputting of time and attendance, providing positive, corrective counselling and processing materials requests.
Follows GuestPath Universal Service Standards, Operational Service Standards, and SERVE expectations at all times.
Performs duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff.
Performs any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position's job description, where, in the Company's judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.
