As a Janitorial Site Supervisor (also working as our Cleaning Lead and Custodian Supervisor), you will guide our 2nd shift team to keep our Charleston client site spotless.

Requirements

1+ years of supervisor experience in janitorial, cleaning, or facility maintenance
High attention to detail
Must be able to pass a federal background check
Proven leadership experience as a Janitorial Supervisor, Cleaning Lead, or lead custodian.
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Dependable attendance and a sharp eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Directing day-to-day operations for the evening cleaning staff, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
Performing quality control inspections and providing hands-on training to new team members.
Managing equipment, cleaning supplies, and inventory on-site.
Acting as the primary point of contact for site management to maintain strong client relationships.
