Requirements
- Prior janitorial, cleaning, or supervisory experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A positive, team-first attitude and reliable attendance.
- Knowledge of general janitorial or custodial operations.
- Great attention to detail and ability to motivate others.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and support our evening custodial team members to ensure top-quality results.
- Perform regular walk-throughs to ensure all cleaning supervisor standards are met.
- Assist with specialized cleaning and janitorial tasks as needed to support your crew.
- Maintain supply inventory and ensure equipment is operating safely.
