Responsibilities

Supervises operations and coordinates administrative functions for facilities.
Supervises staff, coordinates projects, assigns staff functions and communicates policies and procedures.
Provides input on programs and procedures for cost containment and space assessment.
Assists in identifying needs, securing resources and implementation of training programs.
Ensures compliance with all local codes and standards.
Works with staff to ensure continuous life-cycle analysis of equipment.
Assists with the design and planning of new buildings and renovations of existing spaces.
