Responsibilities

  • Supervises operations and coordinates administrative functions for facilities.
  • Supervises staff, coordinates projects, assigns staff functions and communicates policies and procedures.
  • Provides input on programs and procedures for cost containment and space assessment.
  • Assists in identifying needs, securing resources and implementation of training programs.
  • Ensures compliance with all local codes and standards.
  • Works with staff to ensure continuous life-cycle analysis of equipment.
  • Assists with the design and planning of new buildings and renovations of existing spaces.
  • Offers input into the strategic planning process, manages operating expenditures, and assists in developing and monitoring the budget.
