About The Position
The ideal Candidate for finisher is a true craftsman responsible for the installation of air conditioning units, door frames, doors, door hardware, tile floor, epoxy floor, Caulking, windows, and cable ladders. Able to complete finishing tasks in a timely manner with quality work.
Requirements
- Two (2) to three (4) years' experience and/or related training.
- Ability to carry read and comprehend simple instructions.
- Knowledge of basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
- Ability to solve problems in variety of standardized situations.
- Forklift experience
Responsibilities
- Assist in hanging doors, installing hardware, locks, etc.
- Trim openings
- Assist in installing air conditioning equipment
- Install cable ladder per print
- Assist in installing CFE equipment, generators, fire suppression, etc.
- Interpret engineering drawings
- Tile and paint flooring
- Clean buildings
- Secure equipment and Shiploose material
- Apply caulking
- Install windows
- Perform other tasks as required by supervisor
