About The Position

TD SYNNEX is seeking a results-driven and collaborative Supervisor of Business Development to lead and scale our AWS and Google Cloud growth initiatives. In this high-impact leadership role, you will coach and develop a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), drive strategic partnerships, and execute go-to-market strategies that accelerate revenue and profitability across key cloud solutions. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or cloud solutions
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
  • Willingness to travel as needed and work flexible hours when required
  • Valid driver’s license (if applicable based on role location)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure ecosystems
  • Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
  • Post-secondary education in business, technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Develop Talent: Mentor, coach, and inspire a team of Business Development Representatives to achieve and exceed performance goals, provide ongoing feedback, career development support, and performance management, and contribute to hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives to build a high-performing team.
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute strategic business development plans for AWS and Google Cloud solutions, identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams, and monitor and improve team productivity metrics and pipeline performance.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Create and present business development strategies to senior leadership, align team initiatives with broader organizational goals and cloud growth priorities, and evaluate and prioritize new initiatives, partnerships, and alliances.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, marketing, and vendor teams to align go-to-market efforts and ensure consistent communication of goals, performance, and priorities across stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence: Analyze reporting and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience, and ensure accurate tracking and management of customer engagement and contact records.
