We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage manufacturing, packaging, and washroom activities, in strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. The supervisor will play a key role in coaching, motivating, and developing manufacturing, packaging, and warehousing teams. They will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, optimization of resources, and application of internal standards, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This position is for a proactive, organized individual recognized for their leadership, rigor, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • DEC or university degree in science.
  • A bachelor's degree in science will be considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing and/or packaging.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate SHE requirements into all projects, especially during design, addition, or modification phases for workstations or equipment.
  • Participate in finding solutions, particularly during accidents, near misses, audits, risk analyses, and other activities related to the SHE management system.
  • Report SHE risks or presumed risks identified during a new project or a decided modification in their sector.
  • Monitor standards and analyze deviations in Horoquartz.
  • Optimize resource utilization.
  • Approve production and packaging batch records.
  • Conduct investigations when required.
  • Revise technical specifications with Specialists.
  • Replace the Production Supervisor - Manufacturing & Washroom role when necessary.
  • Solve technical problems or report them to Maintenance.
  • Contribute to productivity improvement.
  • Ensure proper adherence to procedures, safety rules, and Canadian and American Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Monitor the schedule and report any deviations.
