For more information, visit WPP.com. The person we are looking for: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Account Supervisor to join our consulting team in Toronto. This is a central role at the heart of our agency, where you will build relationships with clients, leverage your creative thinking, and deliver flawless execution for a legendary automotive account. You will play a key role in driving the digital presence of this legendary brand, with a focus on seamless management of its digital properties. Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of account management experience in an agency or digital environment with a strong focus on digital platforms and website management.
  • Proven experience working on complex, large-scale accounts (automotive experience is a significant asset).
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing, content management systems, and the digital production lifecycle.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear and compelling narratives for clients and internal teams.
  • Strategic mindset coupled with attention to detail and a focus on execution, with the ability to see the big picture of a digital ecosystem while managing the accuracy of daily content updates.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, earning trust through responsiveness, expertise, and sound judgment.
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented attitude with a strong appetite for challenges and change.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary day-to-day contact for a legendary automotive brand to build long-term, trusted partnerships focused on the digital ecosystem.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management and continuous updating of client properties, including websites, digital platforms, and content launches.
  • Work closely with digital strategy, UX/UI, creative, and development to ensure seamless collaboration and exceptional digital deliverables.
  • Manage the scope, timelines, and budgets for projects across multiple simultaneous digital workflows to ensure scope, timeline, and strategy.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow the client account by bringing new ideas, solutions, and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and reviews to ensure clear and consistent communication at all times.
  • Proactively minimize risks by flagging issues early and proposing solutions.
  • Mentor and guide less experienced team members, fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and excellence.
