At VML, we are looking for an Account Supervisor to play a key role in our Montreal team. Reporting to the Account Director, you stand out for your leadership, rigor, and ability to manage large-scale projects in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. You will work on a major international account with a diverse portfolio of brands, handling a variety of mandates ranging from adaptation to original creation, including launches and content production. As a strategic partner, you will actively contribute to the account's growth, the quality of deliverables, and the strengthening of client relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant agency experience in account management
  • Demonstrated experience in managing integrated campaigns and large-scale projects
  • Excellent understanding of digital and production processes (video, print, social, web)
  • Experience in mentoring or coaching junior team members
  • Perfectly bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written
  • Strategic mindset, sense of responsibility, and strong solution orientation

  • Good command of content marketing principles and large-scale campaigns (an asset)
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale campaigns and projects
  • Simultaneously manage multiple complex mandates, including budgets and timelines
  • Ensure coordination between strategy, creative, and production teams
  • Optimize and evolve internal processes to maximize operational efficiency and profitability
  • Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients, including interactions with senior stakeholders
  • Act as a strategic advisor and business partner to clients
  • Exercise mobilizing leadership and contribute to the development of team members' skills
  • Collaborate closely with Account Directors in the coaching and progression of talent
  • Ensure proactive communication with internal teams to anticipate issues and guarantee smooth execution
