About The Position

Leola Construction is a residential shell construction company specializing in slab concrete, and framing for single-family homes, town homes, and condominiums. We provide expert services to many of the nation’s biggest home builders, delivering high-quality, on-time, and on-budget projects. Our reputation is built on craftsmanship and accountability: tight tolerances, clean and safe jobsites, and work delivered on time and on budget. As part of a network of construction companies, we pair the focus of a specialized builder with the systems, resources, and stability of a larger organization. We invest in our people, fuel positivity on every job site, and bring a love-to-win, hate-to-lose mentality to the work. The Superintendent/Framing Foreman is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and coordination of framing crews and overall site activity on assigned residential and/or commercial projects.
