About The Position

Framing and Drywall Foreman responsible for the layout and construction of framing and drywall installations on large industrial projects. The foreman will oversee a crew of framing and drywall installers to ensure all work is completed within the scope of the project. This is all to be done using the appropriate equipment and implementing the required safety practices in support of RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Two or more years of work experience in a Framing/Drywall Foreman position (e.g. Scheduling, ordering, field supervision, safety, and production) over framing/drywall trades on medium or large projects.
CPR and First Aid Certification required.
OSHA 30-hour Certification required.
EM-385 required.
STS required.
Must provide evidence of identity and U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
Must successfully pass a drug screening.
Must successfully pass a commercial criminal background check, including a stricter Department of Defense background check, for access to job site at military base (if applicable for position being hired for).

Nice To Haves

Foreman experience in multiple trades (e.g. concrete, framing/drywall, earthwork, masonry, carpentry, and MEP trades) is a plus.
Five or more years (or equivalent) of field or trade work in construction (drywall preferred) is highly desirable.
Experience in the government, military, or large commercial construction is preferred.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.) is preferred.
Spanish-English bilingual skills are preferred.
