About The Position

Founded in 1988, Marketech International Corp. (MIC) is a global technology and engineering company supporting semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, cleanroom, and mission-critical facility projects. MIC provides turnkey facility integration solutions, including cleanroom and MEP construction, DI water, gas and chemical supply systems, wastewater treatment, facility monitoring and control systems, installation, and maintenance services. Through Marketech International Corporation USA, we support major semiconductor and industrial projects across the United States. The Superintendent / Lead Foreman leads daily field execution for semiconductor construction and tool-installation activities. This role coordinates subcontractors, field teams, schedules, safety, quality, and site readiness to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of field construction supervision experience required.
  • OSHA 30 required.
  • Ability to read construction drawings, P&IDs, schedules, RFIs, and work packages.
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics, safety, and field coordination.
  • Ability to work onsite and support overtime, weekends, or shifts as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Semiconductor, cleanroom, tool installation, MEP, process utility, or high-tech construction experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, trades, foremen, vendors, or field teams.
  • Experience with semiconductor tool move-in, hook-up, cleanroom construction, commissioning, or turnover.
  • Experience with wet mechanical, process utilities, gas, chemical, DI water/UPW, HVAC, or related systems.
  • Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily field execution, work sequencing, look-ahead planning, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Coordinate tool move-in, utility hook-up, installation, punch-list, commissioning, and turnover activities.
  • Manage Construction Coordinators, foremen, vendors, and trade partners supporting field execution.
  • Conduct field walks to monitor progress, safety, quality, manpower, material readiness, and site conditions.
  • Identify field conflicts, schedule risks, access issues, material shortages, and construction constraints.
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers, QA/QC, EHS, engineering, logistics, and client teams.
  • Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, OSHA requirements, cleanroom protocols, and project standards.
  • Track field progress, open issues, manpower, and corrective actions.
