Requirements

Completed 30hr OSHA Training.
Completed Field Management Training
Ability to effectively manage crews of 30+ employees.
Knowledge and ability to supervise the use of all tools, material, equipment, and personnel.
Knowledge of mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fraction, and decimals.
Advanced Knowledge of Bluebeam, OST, and Quick bid.
Skill in verbal and written communication, including the ability to actively listen and express oneself clearly.
Ability to work on ladders, scaffolds, and/or stilts.
Ability to read detailed (blueprint) plans and specifications and comply with building codes.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Direct and supervise a trade crew on a consistent basis and frequently direct over 30 employees and supervise multiple trades.
Communicate staffing requirements to Production Manager.
Participate in the pre-planning process in preparation for goals meetings.
Ensure the job is properly staffed.
Calculate unit costs based on quantity of material installed, hours worked, and labor dollars and take appropriate action to achieve goals.
Enter daily time and production through E&K Austin lane entry.
Create job specific QA tasks identified during job start process.
Perform routine QA inspections and create report through Go Canvas App.
Generate material orders by specific areas.
Manage job cost through review and analyzation of job cost monitoring report.
Monthly forecasting of job cost.
Management of Subcontractors.
Ensure that all materials, tools, equipment, subcontractor, and general contractor are scheduled daily and are on site in a timely manner.
Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
Attend all job site meetings whenever scheduled.
Other duties as assigned.
