Requirements

5-10 years of experience leading crews.
Experience with dept of transportation, municipality, and private work.
CDL a plus, but not required.
Customer service skills.
Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, and technical skills.
Knowledge of all equipment used in field.
Ability to read and comprehend drawings and specifications.

Supervise, teach, and lead multiple crews and foremen.
Monitor employee training and certification.
Maintain division corrective action.
Communicate instructions and expectations to construction crews and foremen.
Communicate project issues and concerns with project manager and the customer.
Organize, plan, schedule and delegate work, labor, and equipment.
Assist in all project cost control and measurement tools being used on the project.
Review, understand, and adhere to all contracts.
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements.
Interface with a wide variety of people from owners and engineers to field personnel and Suncore leadership
